"Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you, but I really wanted to give each of your spirit guides the credit that they deserve because they were all so wonderful and unique. This may be a little long but I feel I need to make it complete so that you can get a sense of how powerful this experience was for me and how it literally changed my life for the better.

Monday my first day I met with Miguel, who brought with him my welcome package. Thanks for all the goodies! He was a great person to start my spirit quest with because he had such a sweet gentle energy that immediately put me at ease so I felt safe and comfortable in his presence. Basically he set up a wonderful tone/space for all that was yet to come, which I feel really allowed me to open up. My hike with him to the ancient Indian ruins was beyond belief. I climbed the mountain and I turned around and what I felt was pure power and support and blessings from the ancient ones. This gift that Miguel guided me through was priceless.

My next session was with Juniper for my soul retrieval. I felt a wonderful connection to her too. It seemed as if spirit was just continually guiding me to the right people and experiences I needed for my growth. She took time explaining things to me and getting to know me. Through our conversation I learned that we had shared a common bond-that both of our mothers had died of cancer when we were both in our early 20's. This sharing, this mutual understanding, helped me to journey to recover some of my missing pieces. It was such a wonderful beautiful experience.

My last session was the Shamanic journey itself. Rahelio took me to a beautiful green place where there was a creek and a huge flat rock where I was to journey. This last session was truly unbelievable, the visions, the insights, the veil lifted and I felt like I lived a whole lifetime in those few moments. He helped me journey to a place inside myself where magic lives and dreams are made.

As you can see from above this whole experience was pretty unbelievable and it took me quite some time to make sense of it and ground all this new energy. Coming home was hard for me, these experiences changed me and I was no longer the same person. This whole journey was a journey of empowerment. I really needed this for growth to move on to the next stage, to change those things in my life that are no longer working for me and I needed the courage and the strength, basically the empowerment that I found inside myself through these experiences to make the necessary changes.

I wish to thank you Katherine for providing me with such wonderful guides that allowed me to have an experience of a lifetime. You are welcome to share this with whoever you feel is appropriate. "Wow! I was really scared to come out to Sedona as the time drew closer. Even when I arrived I still didn't know what I was getting myself into but I learned so much while I was there. Things I learned:
